PHEEM stands for postgraduate hospital education environment measure (Roff et al., 2005). In short it is a questionnaire with 40 questions designed to measure the quality of the educational environment. Pilot work undertaken within the ICS (presented in part in Glasgow) suggests it a valuable measure. There is the opportunity to try it out.
