Ultrasound in Critical Care II

This interactive course is aimed at all medical professionals involved in critical care medicine who want to develop skills in Ultrasound and Transthoracic Echocardiography.  Point-of-care ultrasound is increasingly acknowledged as a valuable tool for rapid and effective decision making, enhancing triage, diagnosis, therapy, monitoring, and follow up of the critically ill or injured patient.

 

The workshop represents the first step (Basic, Level 1) to gain competence in Critical Care Ultrasound accordingly to WINFOCUS Ultrasound Life Support training protocols.

As in previous meetings, clinically relevant scientific presentation is the emphasis.
