Annual Dinner and Dance 2010
Tuesday 18 May
In keeping with the Royal Armouries, the year's Dinner and Dance will be medieval themed.
Tickets are only £45 and include a red carpet entrance, a drinks reception with an interpretation, delicious food and live music. There will also be an opportunity to win some unbelievable prizes during the raffle draw with all proceeds going to the Intensive Care Foundation.
It‘s the perfect opportunity to network in a relaxed environment and of course practice your favorite dance moves! We look forward to seeing you there.

Foundation Fun Run
Every year the ICF organises a fun run for delegates and other willing fundraisers during the ICS spring meeting. This year’s fun run is being lead by Dr Marcela Vizcaychipi. All proceeds from run will go towards the Intensive Care Foundation.

Accommodation
The Society has negiotated special rates with local hotels for delegates attending the meeting. When calling or emailing the hotel please quote the reference number.
Please note that the ICS does not take any responsibility for delegate accommodation. For amendments or queries regarding your booking please contact the hotel directly.
Parking
Parking is free to all delegates attending the Spring Meeting 2010.To enable free flow access a member of RAI Operations Team will distribute car parkvouchers to delegates as they arrive at the Car Park.
There is a new 1650 space multi-storey car park approximately 100m from the Museum and
SAVILES main entrance. This is a 24 hour manned, CCTV monitored, secure car park which is
privately owned by Town Centre Car Parks Ltd and operated by Parking Partners.
Poster
There will not be any posters that this year's Spring meeting. Submissions for State of the Art poster presenters will open at the end of April.
